You may have heard that Beth Moore is coming to the Inland Empire in July 2016. If you have ever attended a Beth Moore event you know that it takes hundreds of Godly female volunteers to support the event. Well, here's you opportunity to support the Kingdom by volunteering to help during the Beth Moore event in Ontario next year.
Here is what they are looking for by way of volunteers according to the local city coordinator Gina Bekendam;
Beth Moore is coming to California July 15-16, 2016 - to the Citizens Bank Arena in Ontario and I’ve taken on the role of City Coordinator. I am reaching out to many of you in my church and several that are involved in other churches (men and women) to help make my team’s job a little easier. If you know someone in a church that handles women’s events / women’s ministry / women’s bible studies - would you send me their contact information? Name, email, phone number - any or all would be fantastic! We are the only California event for 2016 so a few hundred miles away is fine. We are working to build a network of 400+ churches.
I referred to a ‘team” which is the next part of this challenge for me. I am tasked with building a Core Team - not all from people I know, or from my church or denomination. I am to pray, seek God and wait to see who He sends to be part of this Core Team - women who are godly, have leadership gifts, have a heart for the lost and are willing to jump into the unknown for the next 11 months. If anyone comes to mind, please forward this email - or if you think this might be you, I’d love to hear from you.
Below are the key positions that are needed: (these are super brief descriptions)
Prayer Coordinator - leads prayer effort for our city, looks for ways to engage as many people to pray
Promotion Coordinator - develop marketing strategy within and outside churches
Hospitality / Volunteer Coordinator - plans & organizes a rally 3-5 months prior to July event
Community Team Coordinator - coordinates recruitment with Community Team Leaders
Concierge - knowledge of the community, “go to” person answering a variety of questions
Tech Coordinator - technology, social media, graphics
